How To Create Spray
This is a tutorial on how to create custom spray for counter strike 1.6
The things you will need for this are:-
1.HL Tag Converter.(Download from Below)
2.Origional image.
So lets get started.Try to choose images with a single background color for transparency issues.Here is a step by step Guide
1. Open HL Tag converter
2. Click on "Open Image" Button
3. Choose Your image.
4. Now Click on "Adjust Image" button.
5. It will open a new dialog box. Click on "Auto Size" and if you want to make any colour transparent choose"This tool will allow you to choose a specific colour" and click on the Background colour of the image you want transparent.Also in the above picture you can see a "Transparent View" Box Click it.
6. Apply Changes by clicking on "Apply changes and convert to 256 colors" Box.
7. Now save Tag.
8. A dialog box will appear, select "export to WAD file" and click on "ok".
9. "Save as" dialog box will appear, name the file as "tempdecal". (make sure that file type is .wad)
10. Right click on "tempdecal.wad" file, click "properties", and check "read only"
11. Now cut/copy "tempdecal.wad" file that we made, and paste it in the "cstrike" folder. (this folder is where you have installed the game)
it will ask to replace the original file, do that, and we are done!!
